Community Service

Each NCL, Inc. Chapter promotes social awareness by considering the local community’s needs and selecting appropriate non-profit organizations to serve.  Each Chapter supports its philanthropic service partners by providing enthusiastic and committed volunteers.

Supported Philanthropies

The Heart of Texas Chapter currently supports just under 30 different philanthropies in the Houston area. We volunteer with organizations that help women and children, serve those in need, enrich the community’s arts, museums and culture, support the Medical Center and various medical outreach programs, and provide enrichment activities for those who face extraordinary mental and physical challenges. Our Patronesses and Ticktockers devote approximately 10,000 hours of service per year to the following local organizations:
